abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a strongly basic anion exchanger by subjecting a styrene-based bead particle to quaternary ammonium conversion. Since it is in the form of beads, it has been used only for specific industrial applications, such as the fact that the method of use is limited to the column packing method and that trimethylamine is used for quaternary ammonium conversion, so that it takes cost to prevent malodors. SOLUTION: The present invention uses a radiation graft polymerization method to radiation graft polymerize glycidyl monomers to existing polymers having various shapes, especially fibers and processed products thereof, and then convert tertiary amines. Quaternary ammoniumation is performed using an amine such as triethylenediamine having two or more. As a result, quaternary ammonium groups can be introduced not only into particles but also into textiles. The production of amine odors from products as well as production processes can be prevented, and strong basic anion exchangers of various shapes can be provided at a price that is easy to use for general consumers.
