abstract |
An aqueous preparation containing maxacalcitol (1α, 25-dihydroxy-22-oxavitamin D 3 ) and a pH regulator and having a pH of 7.5 to 8.5 is prepared as a general prefilled syringe preparation. The technology which suppresses the fall of the content of maxacalcitol by adsorption | suction which arises when it fills in the glass syringe which has the gasket and cap made from butyl rubber used for is. An aqueous solution formulation containing maxacalcitol and a pH adjusting agent and having a pH of 7.5 to 8.5.
