(1) From the exon 2 region to the exon 4 region of the Mafa-A and Mafa-B genes in the cynomolgus monkey cDNA nucleotide sequence, from the exon 1 region of the Mafa-DRB, Mafa-DQA1, Mafa-DQB1, Mafa-DPA1 and Mafa-DPA1 genes Preparing a primer set for amplifying the exon 3 region under the same PCR conditions; (2) Mafa-A, Mafa-B, Mafa-DRB, Mafa-DQA1, Mafa-DQB1, Mafa-DPA1 and Mafa Amplifying by performing PCR under the same PCR conditions in one or three containers using a cDNA synthesized from a test sample (RNA) as a template using the primer set of DPB1 (where, If you use one container, All primer sets are used in the vessel, and when using three containers, the first container uses Mafa-A and Mafa-B primer sets and the second container uses Mafa-DRB primer sets.
