titleOfInvention Porous conductive sheet and method for producing the same
abstract Provided are a porous conductive sheet for a gas diffusion layer and a method for producing the same, which can suppress a decrease in battery performance due to repeated compression loads when the fuel cell is used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A porous conductive sheet comprising a heat-resistant organic pulp and a conductive material, having a repeated thickness change rate of 15% or more, a tensile strength of 1.5 N / cm or more, and compression in the thickness direction. The above problem is solved by the porous conductive sheet having a through-direction electrical resistance of 50 mΩ / cm 2 or less. The bending resistance of the porous conductive sheet is preferably 40 to 300 mN · cm. This porous conductive sheet can be obtained by a manufacturing method in which a precursor sheet containing a heat-resistant organic pulp, a conductive substance, and a fibrous or particulate resin is heated at 80 to 500 ° C. Furthermore, the present invention includes an electrode material using the porous conductive sheet and a fuel cell in which the electrode material and an electrolyte membrane are laminated.
