abstract |
Provided are a lubricant for a rolling bearing that enables the rolling bearing to be driven stably for a long period of time while suppressing torque fluctuation, and a rolling bearing using the lubricant. A gel lubricant comprising a base oil containing an ester-based synthetic oil and a synthetic hydrocarbon oil in a mass ratio of 35:65 to 75:25, and two types of styrene-based block copolymers. The gelling agent is contained in an amount of 1.5 to 10% by mass with respect to the total amount of the gelled lubricant. It is a rolling bearing and is filled with the lubricant.
