titleOfInvention Inspection method and inspection apparatus for microorganisms, etc.
abstract [PROBLEMS] To detect microorganisms and other specific microorganisms in one microorganism inspection cassette in an inspection method and an inspection apparatus for microorganisms that inspect microorganisms by a fluorescence flow cytometry method using a microorganism inspection cassette. An inspection method and an inspection apparatus for microorganisms and the like are provided. In a method and apparatus for inspecting microorganisms by fluorescence flow cytometry, a separate staining tank is provided in a microorganism inspection cassette for staining a general microorganism and a specific microorganism with a fluorescent dye, respectively. General microorganisms and specific microorganisms are detected by detecting fluorescence emitted by irradiating each microorganism with excitation light separately. [Selection] Figure 1
