abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner in which hydrolysis of an insulating film of a motor of a compressor is suppressed. A compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion mechanism, and an indoor heat exchanger, a refrigerant composed of R32 or a mixed refrigerant containing more than 50% by weight of R32, and four esters. As described above, a polyol ester oil having a saturated water content of 1000 ppm or more and a kinematic viscosity in the range of 40 mm2 / s to 100 mm2 / s and having a fatty acid having 5 or less carbon atoms is provided, and the compressor has a built-in motor.
