A material and method for manufacturing a mold having nano-sized pores for forming nanoparticles. The laminate includes a perfluoropolyether layer (104) defining a pore (110) having a predetermined shape, and a support layer (102) coupled to the perfluoropolyether layer (104), and the laminate includes a perfluoropolyether layer (104). And the support layer 102 may include a tie layer 106, the tie layer 106 may include a photocurable component and a thermosetting component, and the pores 110 may have a maximum dimension.
