A method for efficiently obtaining a trans isomer from a cis isomer of diaminocyclohexane by isomerization is provided. In the presence of a metal catalyst (such as a ruthenium catalyst), an inert gas (such as nitrogen gas) is used to obtain a trans form of diaminocyclohexane by isomerizing a cis isomer of diaminocyclohexane (such as 1,4-diaminocyclohexane). Inside, the cis body is heated and pressurized. In such an isomerization treatment, the reaction temperature may be 100 ° C. or higher (for example, about 150 to 250 ° C.), and the pressure of the inert gas is 5 MPa or higher (for example, about 7 to 20 MPa). Also good. [Selection figure] None |
