titleOfInvention | Pervaporation membrane and phenol concentration method |
abstract | To provide a pervaporation membrane excellent in separation efficiency when separating organic substances, and a phenol concentration method for efficiently concentrating phenol using the pervaporation membrane. An osmosis vapor separation apparatus includes a liquid tank to be treated, an osmosis vapor membrane module, a permeate collection tank, and an impermeate storage tank, and the osmosis vapor membrane module is a supply side of the osmosis vapor membrane module. The arithmetic average surface roughness Ra of the primary side surface which is the surface facing the space is 0.005 to 40 μm, and the arithmetic average surface roughness Ra of the secondary side surface which is the surface facing the transmission side space of the pervaporation membrane module is A pervaporation membrane having a thickness of 0.005 to 80 μm is provided. The phenol concentration method includes a pretreatment step for pretreatment of a phenol aqueous solution stored in a liquid tank to be treated, a pervaporation step for treating a phenol aqueous solution by a permeation vaporization method in a pervaporation membrane module, and a permeation through the pervaporation membrane. A condensation step of condensing the product to obtain a concentrated aqueous phenol solution. [Selection] Figure 1 |
