And the occupied area ratio at a depth of 15 nm in the direction of the base material 100 from the vertex farthest from the base material 100 among the tops of the convex part 102 is 40% or less. The minor axis of the convex portion 102 in the range of a depth of 5 nm or more and 15 nm or less from the vertex farthest from the material 100 in the direction of the substrate 100 is 15 nm or more.
