The optical purity is 99% e.e. e. The poly-L-lactic acid component and the optical purity are 99% e.e. e. The first step of melt-kneading the above poly-D-lactic acid component at 200 to 250 ° C., and the mixture obtained in the first step is crystallized at 70 to 90 ° C. under vacuum or nitrogen flow. After the second step and the second step, a polylactic acid resin is produced by a method including a third step of devolatilizing the mixture at 130 to 150 ° C. under vacuum or nitrogen flow.
