abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent flame retardancy and excellent thermal conductivity and adhesiveness. The thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention comprises a particle group A having a D50 average particle diameter of 10 μm or more and a particle group B having a D50 average particle diameter of less than 10 μm as the heat conductive particles. While having the adhesive layer mix | blended by ratio (weight ratio) 2: 8-8: 2 of B, the thickness of this adhesive layer is 50 micrometers or less. The content of the heat conductive particles in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 25% by volume or more and 75% by volume or less. Moreover, it is preferable that the said heat conductive adhesive sheet has a flame retardance of VTM-0 or V-0 in the flame retardance test of UL94 specification. [Selection figure] None |
