titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the capacity appearance rate of a solid electrolytic capacitor using a wound capacitor element. An anode foil and a cathode foil are wound through a separator, and a capacitor element 10 is constructed in which an anode lead wire 6 and a cathode lead wire 7 are drawn from one winding end face. The anti-winding tape 11 is wound around and fixed to the position near the lower end surface of the capacitor element 10 and at the lower end side of the element L dimension 2/5. When the capacitor element 10 is immersed in the polymer solution 12 and impregnated with the polymer solution 12, the polymer solution 12 penetrates into the separator on the upper end side of the anti-winding tape 11 on the side surface of the capacitor element, and passes through the separator. 12 is supplied to the upper end side from the winding tape on the side surface of the capacitor element 10 to form a solid electrolyte layer made of a conductive polymer in the capacitor element 10.
