abstract | The organic semiconductor composition includes at least one solvent, a polymer, a first small molecule organic semiconductor, and a small molecule crystallization modifier. The weight ratio of the first small molecule organic semiconductor: small molecule crystallization modifier is at least 6: 1, and may be at least 10: 1, at least 20: 1. The small molecule crystallization modifier increases the uniform distribution of the first small molecule organic semiconductor in the organic semiconductor layer deposited on the channel of the organic transistor, and the mobility of the organic transistor includes the small molecule crystallization modifier. It has the effect that it is higher than the mobility of an organic device containing no composition. [Selection] Figure 3 |
