The present invention comprises a component selected from the group consisting of (i) a conductive metal, all dispersed in an organic medium, and (ii) Li 2 RuO 3 , ion-exchanged Li 2 RuO 3 and mixtures thereof; (Iii) The present invention relates to a conductive composition containing glass frit. The invention further relates to electrodes and semiconductor devices formed from the composition, and in particular to solar cells comprising such electrodes. The electrode provides good adhesion and good electrical performance. |
