titleOfInvention Touch screen panel manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to a touch screen panel manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method capable of automatically manufacturing a touch screen panel by a roll-to-roll method. The present invention provides a first roll for unwinding a wound film, a second roll for winding a film on which an electrode pattern is formed, a guide for guiding the transfer of the film, provided between the first roll and the second roll. A pattern molding that includes a roll, a resin application portion that forms a resin layer by applying a resin to the film, and a mold having a positive pattern formed thereon, and the mold is pressed against the resin layer to form a negative pattern on the resin layer. A portion for applying an electrode material to the surface of the resin layer; an electrode material sweep portion for removing the electrode material on the surface of the resin layer; and curing for curing the electrode material filled in the intaglio pattern of the resin layer. Part.
