titleOfInvention | Method for separating and purifying RNA from a biological sample |
abstract | The present invention discloses a method for degrading and generating RNA from a biological sample. The method includes the following steps. (1) Mix tissue tissue, formamide and monovalent cation salt aqueous solution, homogenate and take dehydrated biological sample; (2) Mix dehydrated biological sample with monovalent cation salt aqueous solution and incubate; 3) Add a monovalent cation salt aqueous solution that functions as a precipitate, homogenate mix, centrifuge, then transfer the supernatant to another centrifuge tube; (4) Add isopropanol, homogenate mix, and remove After that, discard the upper layer solution, the lower layer solution, and any remaining impurities between the two layers and take a white precipitate. According to the method of the present invention, the protein of RNA in a biological sample can be peeled off at a high rate, so that the action of dissociating the remaining protein into product RNA can be prevented. The reagent in the present invention is a low toxicity compound and has low damage to the environment and humans. And the operation is simple and convenient, and the operator can operate it without special skills. Although the equipment is simple and the cost is low, the yield and purity of RAN are extremely high. [Selection figure] None |
