The present invention specifically relates to a polyimide-based capacitor battery and a method for manufacturing the same. The polyimide-based capacitor battery of the present invention is manufactured by manufacturing a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and further assembling a capacitor battery using the positive electrode and the negative electrode. Here, the positive electrode material is a mixture of a lithium ion intercalation compound and a porous carbon material, the negative electrode material is a mixture of modified graphite and a porous activated carbon material, and the polymer separator is a polyimide separator. The electrolytic solution is an electrolytic solution containing a lithium ion compound and an organic solvent. The polyimide-based capacitor battery of the present invention can be widely applied to fields such as electric vehicles, electric tools, solar energy storage, wind energy storage, and portable home appliances.
