The present invention relates generally to oligomers useful for modulating the expression and / or activity of RNA or genes. More particularly, the present invention relates to single-stranded, double-stranded, partially double-stranded, and hairpin structural chemistry having a broad biodistribution profile to inhibit RNA expression in multiple cells, tissues, or organs.
