The present invention relates to various fields of wheat hypersensitivity, in particular to antigens and peptides for the identification of various forms of these diseases. The present invention relates to the identification of novel wheat allergens and their use in the treatment and diagnosis of celiac disease, herpes zosteritis and IgE-mediated allergies. Furthermore, the present invention provides the use of known peptides and proteins in therapy and diagnosis. The present invention also relates to a method for diagnosing and treating celiac disease, herpetic dermatitis and IgE-mediated allergy. |
