abstract |
The paste composition contains conductive silver powder, one or more glass frits or fluxes, and a lithium compound dispersed in an organic medium. This paste is useful for making electrical contact on the front surface of a solar cell device having an insulating layer. This lithium compound helps establish low resistance electrical contact between the front metallization and the underlying semiconductor substrate during firing. |
