A conductive film including a zinc oxide film, and the zinc oxide film was doped with aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, and magnesium oxide. By doping magnesium oxide with magnesium oxide and widening the light transmission window of the zinc oxide film with magnesium ions, the light transmittance of the zinc oxide film is increased, and by doping with aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide, the zinc oxide film By increasing the conductivity, thereby lowering the resistivity of the zinc oxide film, doping the three materials allows the resistivity of the conductive film to be stably maintained during operation.
