The present invention relates to a conjugate of an acetylated biocompatible polysaccharide and a phthalocyanine compound for photodynamic diagnosis or treatment, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to acetylation of a biocompatible polysaccharide. The present invention relates to a photodynamic diagnostic or therapeutic conjugate in which a phthalocyanine-based compound is bound to the prepared polysaccharide and a method for producing the same. The conjugate for photodynamic diagnosis or treatment according to the present invention can be chemically modified by increasing the solubility in a solvent by acetylating a polysaccharide, and specifically targeting only cancer cells. In addition to being excellent in selectivity and accumulation for cancer cells, it is also effective in extinguishing cancer cells when irradiating near infrared rays, while irradiating near infrared rays to cells other than cancer cells In this case, there is an effect of excellent in-body stability by not showing cytotoxicity, and it can be usefully used for diagnosis or treatment of diseases using photodynamics. |
