titleOfInvention Method for producing dye-sensitized solar cell, dye-sensitized solar cell, and dye-sensitized solar cell module
abstract In a solid dye-sensitized solar cell, the solar cell characteristics are further improved. A dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention includes a transparent conductive substrate, a titanium oxide dense layer formed on the transparent conductive substrate, and a titanium oxide dense layer. A photoelectrode 20 comprising a porous semiconductor layer 24 that is formed and transports electrons, a titanium oxide film 51 formed on the porous semiconductor layer 24, and a dye layer 52 formed on the titanium oxide film 51. A solid hole transport layer 26 provided adjacent to the photoelectrode 20, and a counter electrode 30. In the dye-sensitized solar cell 40, the dense layer 50 has a surface root mean square roughness RMS in the range of 3.4 nm to 10 nm. The thickness of the dense layer 50 is preferably in the range of 1 nm to 50 nm, and more preferably in the range of 5 nm to 32 nm. [Selection] Figure 1
