Provided is a polymer film laminated substrate that is stable, low and can be peeled with a constant force when peeling a polymer film from an inorganic substrate. A thin film is formed continuously or discontinuously on a part of at least one surface of an inorganic substrate, a silane coupling agent layer is formed continuously or discontinuously on the thin film, and further on the silane coupling agent layer. A polymer film laminated substrate in which a polymer film layer is laminated, wherein a difference between a contact angle with respect to isopropyl alcohol on a surface of an inorganic substrate and a contact angle with respect to isopropyl alcohol on a thin film surface is 5 degrees or less, and the polymer film is laminated. The formed surface consists of an easily peelable part and a good adhesive part, and the adhesive strength between the inorganic substrate and the polymer film in the good adhesive part is more than twice the adhesive strength between the inorganic substrate and the polymer film in the easily peelable part. It is set as the polymer film laminated substrate which is. [Selection figure] None |
