The present invention provides a practical method capable of predicting recurrence of gastric cancer easily and accurately. The present invention relates to five marker gene detection probes comprising CEA, TFF1, FABP1, CK20, and MUC2 based on the measured amount of a labeled fragment measured at a position where a negative control probe is fixed.
