abstract |
Disclosed is a transparent conductive film that has low resistance, good heat-and-moisture resistance, and inconspicuous patterning. A transparent conductive film comprising a transparent plastic film as a base material and comprising a transparent conductive thin film layer, wherein the transparent conductive film satisfies all of (1) to (5). (1) The transparent conductive thin film layer is a crystalline indium-tin composite oxide containing 5.5% by mass or more and 8% by mass or less of tin oxide. (2) The film thickness of the transparent conductive thin film layer is 20 nm. (3) The surface resistance value of the transparent conductive thin film layer is 110Ω / □ or less. (4) The resistance value increase rate after storage for 240 hours at 85 ° C. and 85% RH is 1.2. (5) The retardation of the transparent plastic film is not less than 3000 nm and not more than 30000 nm. |
