abstract | The present invention provides a liquid resin composition for injection molding that is useful as an overmold underfill material for a semiconductor device and has excellent curability and filling properties, and a semiconductor device using the same. A liquid resin composition for injection molding includes (A) an epoxy resin containing a liquid epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent containing a liquid amine curing agent, (C) a resorcinol compound represented by the following general formula, and (D) Inorganic filler is included, and content of (C) component is 0.1 to 1.0 mass% of the whole composition. The semiconductor device is manufactured by injection molding of such a liquid resin composition for injection molding.
