Disclosed is a nanoparticle having a group capable of free radical polymerization. The nanoparticles are easily manufacturable and allow good bonding between the inorganic nanoparticles and the organic polymer grafted with the inorganic nanoparticles. The present invention is a metal oxide or semi-metal oxide nanoparticle having an average particle size of 2 to 250 nm, wherein the nanoparticle has at least two different free radical polymerizable groups on the surface.
