titleOfInvention | Transgenic fish and method for detecting or quantifying a substance to be detected using the transgenic fish |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for detecting or quantifying a substance to be detected using a transgenic fish and a transgenic fish. A transgenic fish has in its genome a promoter that uses an AhR / ARNT complex to which a ligand is bound as a transcription factor necessary for transcription initiation, and a DNA that encodes the marker protein, and encodes the marker protein. DNA to be under the control of the promoter, and the marker protein emits a visually detectable signal. The method for detecting or quantifying the detection target substance is performed based on the result of placing the transgenic fish in the detection target solution and visually detecting the signal.
