titleOfInvention Porous ceramic fired body
abstract A porous ceramic fired body capable of suppressing deterioration of various characteristics over a longer period of time. SOLUTION: A pair of front and back first surfaces 2 and a second surface 4 are provided, which have millimeter-order pores and micrometer-order pores, and at least some of these pores communicate with each other. In the porous ceramic fired body 1, at least the second surface 4 is formed with a recess 20. It is preferable that a through hole 12 reaching the concave line 20 from the first surface 2 is formed, and it is preferable that the first surface 2 is ground. [Selection] Figure 1
