titleOfInvention Heat removal device
abstract Provided is a heat removal device that is small and can be easily added to an existing facility and has excellent heat exchange efficiency by natural circulation of fluid. A heat removal apparatus 10 passes a supply port 12 to which a refrigerant 11a is supplied, a discharge port for discharging the supplied refrigerant 11b, and a surrounding fluid 14 (14a, 14b) penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface. A partition plate 20 that partitions a fluid region in contact with the upper surface of the heat exchange unit and a fluid region in contact with the lower surface in a gap between the heat exchange unit 16 having the passage hole 15 and the plurality of heat exchange units 16 arranged in the vertical direction. And a refrigerant flow path that communicates with each of the supply ports 12 of the plurality of heat exchange sections 16 and also communicates with each of the discharge ports to move the refrigerant 11 (11a, 11b).
