Provided is a novel DNA aptamer useful for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of metastasis, etc. of lung cancer. A DNA aptamer that specifically binds to non-small cell lung cancer cells, having a nucleotide sequence represented by 5′-P1-X-P2-3 ′, wherein X is 1) a nucleotide sequence selected from a specific sequence, or 2) a sequence comprising 1 to 3 nucleotide substitutions, deletions or additions in a nucleotide sequence selected from a specific sequence, P1 and P2 are A DNA aptamer which is a first and second primer recognition sequence introduced for PCR amplification. 5 'end or 3' end comprising at least one chemical modification selected from the group consisting of chemical substitution at the sugar chain moiety, chemical substitution at the phosphate ester moiety and chemical substitution at the nucleobase moiety DNA aptamer having a fluorescent label.
