abstract | Disclosed is a flame-retardant polyester resin composition for stretching which has a high level of flame retardancy by using a specific flame retardant, and has bleed-out properties and processability. (A) A polyethylene naphthalate resin (A1 component) and a polyethylene terephthalate resin (A2 component) are contained in an amount of 50% by weight or more, and the ratio (A1 / A2) between the A1 component and the A2 component is 100/0.
