abstract |
A method for producing highly active core-shell catalyst particles is provided. A method for producing core-shell catalyst particles comprising a core containing palladium and a shell containing a metal catalyst other than palladium and covering the core, wherein the core-shell catalyst particles are in an acid solution where 1 <pH <3. A core-shell catalyst particle comprising: a potential application step of applying a potential to the palladium-containing particles; and a coating step of coating the surface of the palladium-containing particles with a metal catalyst other than palladium after the potential application step.
