abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve the water stop performance of a grommet having a water stop structure to be attached to a wire harness. A grommet made of rubber or elastomer having a vehicle body locking portion locked in a through hole of a vehicle body panel and a small-diameter cylindrical portion continuous to the vehicle body locking portion is used as a wire harness routed in a vehicle. The wire harness wire group that is attached and penetrates the grommet is filled with a dark-curing ultraviolet curable resin as a water-stopping agent, and a part of the ultraviolet curable resin filling part is from the end of the small-diameter cylindrical portion of the grommet. The ultraviolet curable resin that is exposed to the outside, the ultraviolet curable resin filled in the grommet is cured from the exposed portion, and the small diameter cylindrical portion filled with the ultraviolet curable resin is in contact with the vehicle body locking portion.
