abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an immunoassay method, an immunoassay reagent and an immunoassay kit for accurately measuring the concentration of MMP-3 in a sample containing EDTA. SOLUTION: By using the reactivity of an antibody in the presence of EDTA and in the absence of EDTA as an index, it was found that a monoclonal antibody having the same reactivity in the presence of EDTA and in the absence of EDTA can be specifically selected. The present invention has been completed. By combining monoclonal antibodies having the same reactivity in the presence of EDTA thus selected and in the absence of EDTA, the measurement value can be accurately measured even in a sample containing EDTA without lowering the measured value. It was found that 3 concentrations can be measured. [Selection figure] None
