abstract |
An ultrasonic atomizer capable of suppressing liquid leakage of a chemical solution is provided. An ultrasonic atomizing device includes a chemical container that stores a thixotropic chemical solution and a vibration of a piezoelectric vibrator 31 that has a plurality of fine holes in a thickness direction and generates ultrasonic vibration when energized. A vibration plate 32 that atomizes and sprays the chemical solution supplied from the chemical solution container. The vibration plate 32 is in direct contact with the chemical solution stored in the chemical solution container, and is in contact with the chemical solution that is in contact with the liquid when the vibration plate 32 is not vibrating.
