A resin composition in which a zinc oxide whisker made of needle-like single crystals is mixed with a liquid crystalline polyester resin is injection-molded at a mold temperature set to 180 to 280 ° C. This makes it difficult to peel the skin layer on the surface. Further, by dissolving the zinc oxide whisker on the surface layer by immersing it in an alkaline aqueous solution, the adhesion with the electroless plating and the smoothness of the surface are improved.
