Target-specific identification method for immunogenic peptides |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for identifying an immunogenic peptide derived from a self-protein and other proteins and a region in a molecule involved in a binding interaction with a polyclonal antibody and a monoclonal antibody. A method of synthesizing an immunogenic peptide from a self protein, the step of identifying one or more peptide sequences in the self protein that are directly or indirectly involved in antibody binding; and one or more of the above Analyzing a peptide sequence of a peptide using an algorithm for identifying a sequence expected to be immunogenic, screening all peptide fragments from the one or more peptide sequences, and the protein A method comprising the step of identifying an immunogenic peptide in the fragment. The above antibody-binding interaction may be polyclonal or monoclonal. [Selection figure] None |
