abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive grease having a base oil diffusion prevention performance with a high consistency and good coating property and a low rate of change in consistency under high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: (A) 70 to 98% by mass of inorganic powder filler, (B) 2 to 30% by mass of base oil, (C) General formula (3), polyglycerol monoalkyl ether compound, carboxylic acid structure 0.001 to 3% by mass of a dispersant comprising at least one of a compound having a polycarboxylic acid compound and a metal soap, and (D) 0.001 to 3% by mass of a specific perfluoroalkyl group-containing diffusion inhibitor (E) A thermally conductive grease containing an antioxidant in a proportion of 0.001 to 3% by mass.
