In a conventional nanopore type analyzer with a field effect transistor, a potential difference passing a sample through the nanopore also acts as a gate voltage for controlling a channel current. If the device is further downsized, the channel current becomes difficult to flow, so a larger gate voltage is required. Also, the leakage current from the channel increases. An ammeter for a minute current capable of setting a variable potential is added so that a channel current can be controlled while a potential difference passing through a sample through a nanopore is kept constant. Also, the source and drain currents are read to detect channel current leakage. [Selection] Figure 13 |
