abstract | The present invention provides a resin composition that forms a hard coat layer excellent in adhesion and scratch resistance to difficult-to-adhere molded products such as polystyrene and styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer. SOLUTION: (A) A polyfunctional (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer that is soluble in an alcohol solvent and has a hydroxyl group, and (B) has one or more functional groups having a polymerizable unsaturated double bond. A resin composition comprising a compound, (C) a curing catalyst, and (D) an alcohol solvent as essential components, wherein the blending amount of the component (A) is 4 with respect to the sum of the components (A) and (B). An active energy ray-curable coating composition in which the amount of component (B) is 96 to 30 wt%, up to 70 wt%. [Selection figure] None |
