titleOfInvention | Mixture for protein extraction |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a mixed solution for extracting a protein capable of easily separating a protein from a solution to be extracted containing a protein and an aqueous solvent without using a surfactant. A first higher alcohol which is a higher alcohol having 15 or more carbon atoms and a fatty acid having one unsaturated bond or a carbon 18 fatty acid containing a saturated fatty acid, and comprising a protein and an aqueous solvent. Provided is a liquid mixture for extracting protein from a liquid to be extracted. Further, a protein and an aqueous solvent comprising a first extraction step in which an extraction target liquid containing an aqueous solvent and a protein is brought into contact with the first higher alcohol and the fatty acid to extract the protein in an upper layer. A protein extraction process from the extraction target liquid. And a step of bringing the protein-containing layer in the above-mentioned step into contact with a solution containing a second higher alcohol having 20 carbon atoms and carbonized water, and extracting and separating the protein.
