abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated polyester film and a hard coat film which are excellent in adhesive strength with a hard coat layer even under harsh environments and can maintain a good appearance. A laminated polyester film having an easy-adhesion layer (A) on at least one surface of a base polyester film (S), wherein the easy-adhesion layer (A) satisfies the following (a) to (c): The laminated polyester film formed using a thing ((alpha)). (A) The resin composition (α) includes a polyester resin A and a polyvalent carbodiimide compound B having two or more carbodiimide groups in the molecule. (B) The polyester resin A has at least three carboxylic acid groups. (C) The acid value of the polyester resin A is P (equivalent / t), and the carbodiimide of the polyvalent carbodiimide compound B is obtained by using at least one polyester resin x having an acid value of 500 equivalent / t or more obtained using the components.
