titleOfInvention | Liquid ejecting head and liquid ejecting apparatus |
abstract | Provided are a liquid ejecting head and a liquid ejecting apparatus that can be reduced in size by reducing the width of wiring without increasing electrical resistance. A flow path forming substrate having a plurality of pressure generating chambers communicating with a nozzle opening for injecting a liquid and a piezoelectric actuator for applying pressure to the pressure generating chamber. A protective substrate 30 bonded to the flow path forming substrate 10, and the piezoelectric actuator 300 includes an individual electrode 60 provided for each active unit 310 serving as a substantial driving unit, and a plurality of the active units. 310, and a piezoelectric layer 70 provided between the individual electrode 60 and the common electrode 80, and the flow path forming substrate 10 is connected to the common electrode. A wiring is formed, and an auxiliary wiring 95 connected to the wiring is formed on the protective substrate 30, and the auxiliary wiring 95 is electrically connected to the wiring.
