In a gaming machine comprising a polishing device for polishing a ball and a polishing control device for controlling the polishing device, at least game control from equipment necessary for polishing the game ball including the polishing device and the polishing control device. The apparatus and the payout control apparatus are configured such that signals cannot be input, and the polishing control apparatus controls the polishing apparatus in accordance with an instruction from the game control apparatus or the payout control apparatus so as to polish the sphere.
