abstract | Disclosed is a polyol composition for producing a low-repulsion flexible polyurethane foam in which the change in foam hardness is small even at low temperatures, that is, the temperature dependence of the foam hardness is low. [Solution] Polyol composition (B) for producing a flexible polyurethane foam comprising the polyester triol (A) and satisfying the following (1) to (6): (1) The content of (A) based on the weight of (B) is 15 to 30% by weight; (2) The ester group concentration of (B) is 0.1 to 5.0 mmol / g; (3) The hydroxyl value of (B) is 80 to 150 mgKOH / g; (4) The oxyethylene group unit content of (B) is 3 to 10% by weight; (5) The number average functional group number of (B) is 3.1 to 4.0; (6) The primary hydroxyl group ratio of (B) is 3 to 15%.
