titleOfInvention | Method for producing copolyester, copolyester resin and aqueous dispersion using the same |
abstract | Provided is a method for producing a copolyester resin excellent in heat resistance while having a sulfonic acid metal salt-containing aromatic dicarboxylic acid for imparting water dispersibility. The acid component is a terephthalic acid component and a sulfonic acid metal base-containing aromatic dicarboxylic acid component, and based on the number of moles of the total acid component, 10-40 mol% of a spiroglycol component, and 0-40 mol % Of bisphenol A propylene oxide adduct and 50 to 200 mol% of ethylene glycol are esterified or transesterified, and then subjected to a polycondensation reaction. A first step in which a terephthalic acid component and a spiroglycol are previously esterified or transesterified, and a reaction product of the first step and a sulfonic acid metal base-containing aromatic dicarboxylic acid component are esterified or transesterified. A method for producing a copolyester resin having a second step, and a copolyester resin and an aqueous dispersion obtained by the method. [Selection figure] None |
